Co-founders Zak and Chris created Taybur with the vision of offering long-term services maintenance to building owners and managers, having become fed up of seeing so many others providing temporary solutions and waiting for the next inevitable call out.

We aren’t satisfied with quick fix options.

We ensure that the root of the problem is identified, treated and monitored. In fact, our focus is on actions being taken before any major issues arise, which is why we specialise in planned preventative maintenance and ongoing maintenance contracts.

We deliver our capable building services skillset through our resource of specialist teams up and down the UK, from customised project or full building contracts to call out requests, covering maintenance, installation and servicing.

Zak’s experience spans the whole of FM services, his career to date having allowed him to develop his diverse range of skills and knowledge. Quick to react, Zak’s forte lies in solution finding and advising on more than the issue at hand.

Chris Burford

Chris’s organisational skills ensure the best service is provided, with efficiency every time. He is responsible for planning delivery and meeting every clients’ expectations while providing honest and knowledgeable advice and guidance to them.

How We Began

Having previously worked for other Facilities Management companies, and knowing we could offer our own bespoke take on services, we took the leap to do just that.

Through building relationships and working to the highest standards, we are now doing it our way – the Taybur way.

Honesty and trust were two key aspects of building the Taybur name. That combined with the knowledge, skill and passion that we put into our work every day. We know we exceed expectations each and every time we set foot on any client’s premises and the feedback we receive from them is what drives us.

Today, we are continuing to build our portfolio of building maintenance contracts, client relationships and industry specific resource to offer more services across the UK.
